Founder and President
Born and raised in Dunedin, FL, Charles has been involved in food processing his entire life. He has grown his business wisely over his forty year career and remains actively involved in all phases of the company’s operations.
Keith Cremerius
Project Engineer
Keith joined the Cook team in 2015 after graduating from the University of Florida with a chemical engineering degree and has both design and installation responsibilities for a wide variety of projects. He leads projects, teaches other engineers within the company and coordinates major company projects.
Kolby Wade
Project Engineer
Kolby Wade joined Cook Manufacturing in 2025 after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and designs equipment and processes for evaporators and supports projects around the shop, with a primary focus on automation and controls.
